The Legend of Ramona Court
According to legend, the cottages of Ramona Court were built during World War II by a group of local women whose husbands were serving in the war effort in the European theatre.
All
of the soldiers returned unharmed after the war and the families lived happily
ever after….
Though
considered to be a lucky and blessed neighborhood, Ramona Court became somewhat
neglected in the following decades and only recently has experienced a revival
as visitors have discovered the relaxing and healthful environment— close to
the energy of New Buffalo ...but not too close….
